Tell us a little about yourself...

The founder of Everybody Poops Again... I wanted to share the experiences I have being a caregiver.  When I was in grade school, my mom had a massive stroke which left her paralyzed.  When I was 26 my dad had a number of surgeries (that started out as knee surgery of all things!) that accelerated his decline into dementia.  Add to this that my partner, Pat, had a mom whose medical history rivaled my parents and you end up with a lot of experience being at the ER, waiting in the ICU and dealing with the related Medicare, legal and paperwork aspects of an aging parent (or parents) while paying off student loans.
